Did you know recent surveys have shown that Electrical and Computer Engineers are amongst the highest demand university graduates and that Computer Engineers are listed amongst the professions with the highest quality of life?
Electrical Engineers deal with telecommunications, computers, signal processing, robotics, biomedicine, transportation, industrial process control, electrical power generation and distribution, and design and operation of industrial machinery.
Engineering Chemistry graduates bring a strong background in both chemistry and chemical engineering to treat problems of industrial interest.

A Geological Engineer combines a knowledge of geological materials and earth engineering design principles to create viable and sustainable projects.
The Mathematics and Engineering undergraduate programme is a challenging one. Students who are most successful in the programme have deep interests in both Mathematics and Engineering. MME uses principles of engineering graphics, mathematics, materials, physics and economics to conceive, design, develop, manufacture, operate and maintain processes and devices. MME is the broadest of the engineering disciplines, and is present in every sector of our society (environment, housing, food and water, energy, industry, transportation, education, health care, government).
The Robert M. Buchan Department of Mining at Queen’s holds a significant position in the Canadian mining industry, and is currently one of the largest mining schools in Canada and the World.
